When you place an order on our Store, you are making an offer to purchase. Label Reet reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted.


Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests once an order is accepted. In the event that we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.


All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

We ship to India and select international destinations. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LABEL REET, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION MAY PROVIDE YOU WITH RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IN WHICH CASE OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Label Reet regarding your use of the Services, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals between us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For customers within India, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.


For international customers, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Where resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the customer's jurisdiction, to the extent required by applicable local consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
